Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days for the processing of your order.  You will receive an email once your order is on the way.

Store Pickup

If your order is eligible for and you have selected store pickup, you can pickup your order at the listed location during the listed business hours for that location.  If you have any questions about business hours please call us before you attempt to pick up your item.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. 

Palletized Freight Policies

These policies apply to palletized freight only and not normal shipments shipped through FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Processing Time: We try to process freight orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed.  You can help speed this process up by answering our calls or emails in a timely manner as we prepare your shipment.

Rates: We offer a flat rate freight service for $400 for palletized freight per full or partial pallets.  This rate MAY NOT be sufficient to cover all freight costs depending on your location.  If this fee is not enough to cover shipping costs we will contact you to let you know that an additional charge is necessary before we can ship.  You will be given the option to cancel your order at that time.  If you choose to continue with your order we will provide you with invoice for the additional shipping charges.  The invoice must be paid before the products will ship.

Damage:  We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process.  Should your paint be damaged in transit you must take pictures of and note any and all damage on the BOL when you accept delivery.  We will file a claim for the damaged items with the carrier and if that claim is approved we will credit you for the damaged items.

Receiving Freight:  The carrier is only responsible for getting your pallet from their truck to a dock or to the ground.  Carriers will not help you the product.  You must be prepared to handle any additional transportation or processing once the driver has unloaded.
